Nibun No Senshi Sailormoon is written by Robert Morrison and Christian A. Rogers (Episode 5 only) and began online publication on July 15th, 1997.[1] It currently stands incomplete at six episodes, the most recent of which was published on February 8th, 1998.[2]
Description[]
“ A new evil shows up which is too powerful for the Senshi to defeat, and Sailormoon is terribly injured. She loses the Ginzuishou also. Saotome Ranma and Hibiki Ryouga arrive in Juuban to fight the monster. While they do so, Ranma is knocked down right where Sailor Moon fell, and is visited by her spirit. She explains to him who she is, and that she is alive but badly hurt, and asks him to become her avatar. Ranma agrees, and becomes the new Sailormoon.[3] ”
“ The Sailor Senshi are fighting a large ugly monster when things go horribly wrong. They are beaten, and Sailor Moon is critically injured. The monster goes on a rampage. Ranma and Ryoga head off to see if they can deal with the critter. On the way there, Ranma finds a strange brooch, and during the fight, the ghostly apparition of Princess Serenity appears to Ranma. She's out of action for a while, and she asks Ranma to be a stand-in Sailor Moon until she recovers...[4] ”

- Due to writer's block, Morrison created a challenge for an outside writer to pen the fifth episode of the story: Post 08/10/97.[5] This was won by Christian A. Rogers.
- An additional scene for Episode 5 was posted as "The End of NNSSM Episode 5", although it was listed as a Spam-fic and never incorporated into the episode in question.
