Kasumi Tendo opens the door to greet a visitor to the Tendo Dojo who is from the Nerima Psychiatric Institute. After establishing that the man isn't there for Ranma Saotome but for Kasumi, she tries to convince him that she is taking her medication and hasn't had another incident like the one at Tokyo Tower. He assures Kasumi it isn't about that, but his colleague Dr. Tofu Ono who is currently some-what in his care while attempting to overcome a problem. The man at the dojo door is here as an in-between as Tofu has requested an omiai with Kasumi. He explains that she must have noticed how odd Tofu acts when she is present, but Kasumi states she's never witnessed such behaviour. Kasumi agrees to come along to help as Tofu's progress has plateaued and she asks what to bring. The man asks her to bring her old school uniform. Later at the institute Tofu is excited that Kasumi agreed to come and is stunned into senselessness when she enteres the room dressed in her old, very high-fitting school uniform. Watching Tofu's reaction and Kasumi's obliviousness, the psychiatrist tells himself that they will have to go further in their treatment. They try again, this time with Kasumi in thigh-high stockings, leotard and bunny ears, but the result is the same. As are attempts with Kasumi dressed as a nurse and a french maid. What finally works and allows Tofu to propose is Kasumi dressing in a full gorilla suit.
